Earlwood – House Renovation

This property was neglected and had a lot of clutter. It was in need of many repairs, and a really thorough clean. There were so many shelves bolted to the wall that left dozens of holes to be repaired. The garage was completely full, and the yard needed clearing. The client required someone to co-ordinate and drive the full renovation without spending a fortune. There had been previous attempts at this task, but was never completed.

How we helped

The family were devasted by a family loss and were not in a position to assist us with the works required. Over 10 days we kept the client informed on the steady progress with pictures.

In 10 days this home was cleared, the carpet removed and replaced, repainted, floor sanded and lacquered, water pressure washed, tiles repaired, and scrubbed hard from top to bottom.
