Strathfield unit renovation
The brief was to renovate and get the maximum sale price for the parents who required a very large sum of money to pay retirement home fees. Sometimes logistics are easy, however not on this occasion. This unit was on the 14th floor, and the the lower ground carpark was the only exit option. Every item was ferried (including carpet) by a utility 100 plus metres to the street for an awaiting truck parked in a metered parking zone. The contents were then delivered to two of the family addresses, a charity, and waste disposal.
How we helped
This property was cleared in a day with nominated furniture delivered to the client’s address. The remaining items were donated to charity. The carpet, painting, replacement door, and bathroom vanity cupboard repairs were all completed in a week.

The Result
What a victory. A clean new looking property. This unit would have definately sold for much less without decluttering and fixing all the drill holes in the wall. They were a very nice, and trusting customer.
“ClearHome did an amazing job. I am just so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy. They made a very difficult job much easier. The team were punctual, helpful, and extremely polite.
Matt is a really honest, hard working man and his team were fantastic. I am very pleased with all the help they provided and for Matt’s advice as we grappled with all the emotional issues of preparing the property for sale. I highly recommend ClearHome to anyone needing help decluttering or preparing a property for sale. Thank you Matt and the team. You were truly amazing!”
